As Vice President of People and Culture, Kim Samuel leads all aspects of Equality Health’s people initiatives and employee experience, including staffing and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and employee outreach in our community.
Kim joined Equality Health in March, 2016, and has been focused on aligning organizational design and people initiatives with the strategic objectives of the company. Bringing over twenty years of human resources experience, Kim has held a variety of positions at all levels, where she obtained valuable breadth and depth in her function, most notably at Motorola Computer Group, Hamilton Standard, StandardAero, and Three Five Systems. Prior to joining Equality Health, Kim was Vice President of Human Resources for Origami Owl.
Kim holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
