She has an extensive and diverse background that allows her to identify the underlying strategic and financial incentives linked to specific experience and engagement plans.
In recent years, Ms. Book has provided full cycle leadership for disruptive healthcare product and experience innovation teams, ranging from user-based product design and development through implementation, operations and execution. Ms. Book has been able to apply rapid innovation cycles and discovery frameworks to improve patient care and experiences.
With a dual MBA in Healthcare Enterprise Management and Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and her background in big data analytics, Ms. Book brings a unique perspective to user-driven healthcare innovation.
