Currently working as vice president of analytics for Equality Health, a company committed to improving care delivery for diverse communities, Chandra is widely known for her unique ability to turn big data into meaningful and actionable stories in order to develop and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
Previously, Chandra was director of analytics and performance at Arizona Care Network, creating comprehensive network contract quality measures, targets, and opportunities, and leading the performance quality team to successfully execute initiatives and strategies identified by the data analytics team. She has also held director-level roles at Aetna/Health Data Management Solutions and Banner Health.
At Banner, Chandra was one of the original leaders of the development, implementation and execution of its highly successful CMS Pioneer ACO Program, resulting in earned savings of more than $76 million in just 5 years.
