A serial entrepreneur and self-described healthcare rebel, Mr. Lytle focuses on service innovations that have a strong social mission and bring systemic change to the U.S. healthcare system.
Prior to creating Univita, Mr. Lytle was President and Co-Founder of Axia Health Management, LLC, the nation’s leading population health management company whose pioneering efforts led to the development of the industry’s first true single source provider of integrated preventive health and wellness benefits for Employers and Health Plans. Axia’s flagship product, The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is the nation’s leading fitness program designed exclusively for active older adults, currently engaging more than 2 million seniors nationwide.
Mr. Lytle brings more than 25 years of executive healthcare leadership experience to our nation’s healthcare challenges. Prior to Axia/Healthways, Mr. Lytle held executive positions at CVS Health and Xerox Corporation.
Mr. Lytle earned an MBA from Butler University (1995) and a BA in Economics from the University of Indianapolis (1989). Mr. Lytle is a Principal with StarWest Ventures, a strategic healthcare advisory firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Lytle is a Guest-Lecturer at University of Arizona Eller School of Management. He is an Independent Board Director for Great Call, Inc. and sits on several healthcare Advisory Boards.
Mark joined Endeavour in 1998. Since that time, he has worked with companies in a broad range of industries including healthcare, niche manufacturing, business services, and food and consumer.
Prior to Endeavour, Mark was a Partner at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based investment banking firm. Prior to GMB, Mark worked in the investment banking groups at Boettcher & Company (now Wells Fargo) in Denver and Morgan Stanley in New York.
Mark received a B.S. from Lewis & Clark College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He was also previously a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of Endeavour, Mark is a Trustee of Lewis & Clark College. Mark divides his time between Portland, Oregon, and Denver, Colorado.
David joined Endeavour in 2011. Since joining Endeavour, he has worked with companies in the healthcare and business services industries.
Prior to Endeavour, David was with DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Previously, he was part of Comerica Bank’s Technology & Life Sciences division.
David is originally from Aberdeen, WA. He received a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.
