Monique Delgado

Vice President, Network Services

Monique Delgado is the Vice President of Network Services for Q Point, a division of Equality Health, and is responsible for building a high-performing provider network and overseeing Q Point’s managed care services. She is a multi-disciplined professional with over twenty years of experience within the health care industry. Prior to joining Equality Health, Ms. Delgado served as the Payer Relations Director for OrthoArizona, one of the largest Orthopedic groups in the Southwest. As the Payer Relations Director, she was responsible for the oversight of contract negotiations, the Bundle Payments for Care Improvement Initiatives (BPCI), the Credentialing Department and monitored payment reimbursement and physician performance to ensure quality and utilization requirements were met.

Prior to that, Ms. Delgado was the Manager of Provider Services for Arizona Care Network (ACN), the Dignity and Abrazo Accountable Care Organization and Clinical Integration Network. During her tenure with ACN, Ms. Delgado managed the provider network, monitored physician quality and utilization performance, and reviewed ACO compliance including escalation and grievances. Ms. Delgado was also responsible for managing the Quality Performance Representative team that provided physician training and maintenance efforts.

With extensive experience in payer contracting, network management, and practice administration, she has developed a keen sense of management and training expertise that includes monitoring and evaluating physician compliance and performance with quality and utilization standards.
